Kickin’ it old school, Pinterest style! Today’s post is for a dear friend. It’s her birthday and I thought I would do a “favorite things” gift for her. There are so many cute ideas for a favorite things gift on Pinterest. I thought I would incorporate this gift idea and reuse and old pot to make a cute chalkboard succulent gift, aka “Chalk Pots”!
